Cat Insurance
March 3rd, 2010 by Sarah. No Comments »Like dogs, and indeed any other pets, cats need insurance too. They might seem to be quite resourceful and able to look after themselves as they dive in and out of the windows freely and fall from windows only to land on their feet, but you never know when your cat’s unlucky day will be!
There aren’t many specific insurers of cats but cats do appear to have the better deal. One would think that a cat would cost more to insure than a dog simply because a cat is out and about on its own a little more and possibly more likely to be run over by a car; cats must be much more resourceful than i first imagined them to be. The onld story about a cat having nine lives must be true!
Asda pet insurance looks like it’s pretty good at the moment, and their prices really reflect the differences in dogs and cats:
- Dog pet insurance from £7.35 a month
- Cat pet insurance from £3.92 a month
These insurance prices also include a 10% reduction when you buy online too, so it’s well worth the effort to switch the computer on folks. Asda will also pay up to £6000 towards vet bills in the event of illness or an accident too if you choose their superior pet insurance.
This is certainly insurance you can’t do without, in much the same way as you couldn’t do without your pet. Don’t delay with your pet insurance, you could save yourself lots of money, and believe me pets get sick a lot!
